The Family Flower Shoppe was quick, communicated well, polite, and very courteous. I would definitely use them again. I originally requested same day delivery and since I wanted a fruit basket, a representative from the company advised me that they were not able to complete the delivery on that day because they wanted to ensure that the fruit was fresh. She rescheduled the delivery for the next day. The delivery was made early and for my "inconvenience" they made the basket larger than the one that I ordered.

I received a beautiful autum flower arrangement from my sister and brother-in-law for my 65th birthday. They were delivered to me at work. I had to keep an eye on them as many people wanted to confiscate the arrangement. Simply gorgeous. I highly recommend the Family Flower Shop.
